In particular Rupali and Shivamshu were excellent. The Spa was out of action during our visit which was disappointing . However, the location of the property is quite inconvenient — there’s nothing nearby, and you need to drive at least 30 minutes just to find food outside. 'We had a wonderful stay at Echor Tree Mandara Village. The hotel was beautiful, very clean, great location and kind staff. Rooms were very comfortable and spacious, and the restaurant was delicious. It also has a beautiful view of the mountains and Dharamshala. Highly recommended and will be staying again when back!'

It rained overnight very heavily and experienced a water leak in some areas, but Hotel staff was very prompt in responding to the situation.
