'Hiden Gem of Manali just 10 minutes walking distance from Mall Road with ample space of Parking . When we arrived at hotel , really loved the vibe and the check in process is very smooth and we requested for the room upgradation and they upgrade our room and provide us room with balcony mountain view and we don't want roadside view so we decided to choose the backside room with balcony and I must say the room and the view from the balcony was impeccable and we enjoyed the peaceful mountain view...

'My grandfather used to have a house with Shimla so I am very familiar with the place for the last 50+ years. Willow Banks is absolutely the best value for money you can find in the city. Very clean, very well located right next to the iconic mall road, right next to the tourist lift and very good service and clean and large rooms.
