'Perfect spot for us. We had 4 adults and an 11 year old. The space provided the space we needed and the air conditioning was a welcome reprieve from the heat (40c/104f) during our trip. The location was amazing and central to getting around Nagoya. The host was communicative and accommodating. We will strongly consider this apartment when/if we return to Nagoya. '

'The room is a repurposed office, so the shape is a little unusual having a full window as the wall facing the road. This is covered by a curtain. If you need to sleep in total darkness, it may be a little uncomfortable. The curtain blocked the light enough for us to sleep comfortably though. The location gives great walking access to the castle and train station. There are trains and buses to different cultural attractions. There was a short fireworks show every evening from about 8:30 to 9...

'Wonderful property. Beautiful traditional Japanese home with a gorgeous estate featuring a koi pond. The best host in Japan!! If you are in this area, you should stay here!!! A much different experience than the city. Our favorite stop so far!'

'The property is historic, yet well renovated, so we were comfortable. They also provide tea and cups of noodles at no additional cost if guests need a snack. The biggest bonus is that it's a traditional Japanese house in a historic part of town, so staying there is a travel experience in itself. The small intersection the house is located at is even on the front cover of a tourist handout at the local TI office. We highly recommend it. '

"Helemaal prima hotel. Ruim met veel faciliteiten. bedden zijn naar onze smaak te hard maar dat is eigenlijk overal in Japan . Parkeren prima alleen het uitrijden bleek lastig omdat we niet het juiste kaartje hadden. Na wat oponthoud kwam het goed "

"Het hotel is zeer donker , dat vonden wij persoonlijk iets minder. Het ontbijt is super gevarieerd en lekker vers . Vriendelijk personeel .Upgraden van de kamer ging vlot . Onsen kwam van pas na een Nakasendo hike . "
