'Perfect location for us. A bit quieter neighborhood but still walkable from the main area around Shinjuku station and a short walk to Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden. Super clean, new, apartment space. Kids loved the pull down projector. Very helpful to have in-unit laundry/dryer.'

'Loved the location and the property setup. Very spacious for a family of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids) and was so close to everything. Room was clean, modern and had all that we needed. The bathroom was separated into 3 rooms which made it really functional and ideal so 3 people could be in there at the same time (shower, toilet, sink). All hotel bathrooms should be like this! 'We decided to stay over in Shinjuku while visiting Tokyo area from Osaka where we our extended stay was. The flat was great - spacious and comfortable - and exactly what we were hoping for in our short overnight stay. Just a short walk from Shinjuku and just what we needed for our family of six.'

'The apartment was clean and efficient. Owner was very communicative. Was near many restaurants and shops. My only complaint was the noise level. It is right off a main road, so we could hear sirens, horns, people yelling. I wore earplugs so it wasn’t too bad. It really was in the center of the action, and 1.5 blocks from a train stop. '
