'I really enjoyed my stay at this property, the room was large, clean and had everything you need! If I had known i was going to love it so much I would have extended my stay here. There is good transport connections around this property too but no sights, it's mainly residential which was nice to be in the quiet for a little while. The bed was comfortable, bathroom clean, honestly highly recommend if you've been travelling a while and need some peace and quiet but still able to access many areas...

'Loved our stay here. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and a really good size with everything that we needed. Walking distance to Shinjuku train station. Would definitely recommend for families and would stay here again. '

'北海道旅行で泊まったんですがとっても綺麗で清潔感もあってみんな喜んでました。チェックインわ事前チェックインをしておいたのでスムーズに出来ました。チェックインなかなか出来ない方がいたので事前チェックわしといた方がスムーズに出来るのかもです。まだ施設の周りに飲食店、コンビニがないので車があった方がいいと思います。'

'This apartment hotel hybrid was perfect for our group of 3 adults 2 children and a baby with two rooms side by side on the 9th floor. Bonus was a stunning view of Sky Tree from the covered walkway outside our rooms - beautiful lit up at night. Rooms spacious by Japan standards and with all the amenities needed for an easy stay. We self catered breakfast and had a few easy in-room dinners from the Lawsons or 7/11 both super close to the hotel. Ueno station is a solid 10-15min walk so consider...

'O hotel é quase um airbnb, é um apartamento amplo e espacoso, com diversas facilidades como maquina de lavar, fogao, geladeira e etc. Para aqueles que vao em grupos grandes é ideal. O apartamento é bem grande, deixando todos confortaveis, fica apenas a 6 min de caminhada da estacao mais proxima e fica ha uma estacao de distancia da Universal, a vizinhanca é tranquila. O unico ponto é que por funcionar como um airbnb nao ha limpeza diaria do apartamento ou troca de toalhas diarias, mas eles...

'Parking was great, room was spacious for a family of 4 and the hot spring , foot bath on balcony and hot room was great!! '

'I like this accomadation because off the good quality/price . Free shuttle to two main actractions and the beds where good , we all have a great stay with 4 in a grand suite, because I heard the normal 4 personage is a bit tiny. They can work on closet space because there isn’t any!! On arival no water in the room. You have to pick every day your water up from the front desk! No a big deal but if I may complain 😜 3 minutes from Subway and bustop nearby. Breakfast we didn’t do because the time...

'Welcomed by friendly staff. Everything was explained how it works at this Hotel. Very clean and shower was great in the wetroom. Plenty of towels. Bring your own coffee or tea for your first morning if you dont want to go out straight away when you wake up. 7/11 is nearby and Starbucks a few minutes walk. No lobby to sit in but they take care of your luggage after check-out out.'

"In de uitgaansbuurt , veel lawaai, vuilzakken bleven dagenlang liggen op straat , hotel zelf wel proper , vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel , heel dicht bij Shinjuku station dus goede verbinding "
