'Grand Base Takamatsu is an apartment rental more than a hotel. Although it was not what we expected it was perfect for our stay in Takamatsu. It is very well located near the main shopping arcade, has a terrific soba restaurant across the street. It has an ok kitchen and be prepared to do some shopping for breakfast.
