'Very nice hotel like other Dormy Inns we have stayed in. Clean rooms, good onsens, all amenities we need. Staff were polite but, strangely, absolutely refused to make a call to a local restaurant for us to book a table (unfortunately we only have a data SIM in Japan so could not make phone calls). Overall we would still recommend this hotel. '

'Daiwa is our go-to hotel when visiting Hachinohe. The amenities are great, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The parking attendants are so friendly and remembered us from previous trips. The front desk staff kindly helped with arranging for our bags to be stored while we spent a night in Towada. Our bags were delivered to our new rooms before we checked back in.
