'Perfect location, but rooms desperately need renovation. No safety deposit, no refrigerator and nowhere to charge your phone, laptop etc.near beds. Only one power outlet on the other side of the room.

When I reached Damon's, the reception member of staff quickly realised I was physically disabled and immediately changed my room for a ground floor room to make things easier for me. Het hotel is goed gelegen in het centrum, met een standaard ontbijt inbegrepen. Er zijn genoeg restaurants in de omgeving op loopafstand. De reden dat ik geen vijf sterren gaf, is omdat ik een kamer had geboekt met een groot bed, maar ik kreeg een kamer met twee bedden. Bovendien was de bureaustoel doorgezakt, wat het lastig maakte om met mijn laptop te werken '

'Pleasantly surprised and would highly recommend. Room was spacious and clean. Loved the wines glasses! The breakfast was perfectly adequate and the shared kitchen clean and pleasant to sit in. We paid for carpark and were allowed to leave car the next for a visit of the city. A nice 20 minutes walk along the canal. Host very prompt and polite by text once we had booked. Great price for the convenience and facilities. Thank you ☺️ '
