One suggestion was to have a safer place to throw out the garbage, animals got into the shed from the bottom of the door and we had to clean up the mess. Otherwise it was a lovely stay, very scenic bike routes around the island.'

'Very old cabin so wonky floors and steep stairs but very charming. Highly functional kitchen with everything you could possibly need including spices. Just be aware that the washing machine in the downstairs bathroom is off limits. Bring your own Keurig coffee pods as there are none supplied but a full-on Keurig is there. If you want bedding and towels it's extra but not that much $ and then you have to make your own beds. Very close to a nice beach for walking. When you get the confirmation...

'This is a lovely property. The cottage is well equipped with appliances and furniture. Comfortable rooms, a large dining table and sink into couches invited relaxation.The location on the shore of the bay invited exploration and it is also central for exploring the island's communities and experiences. We were thrilled that so.e of the island wildlife were visible close by, almost daily. Different birds, butterflies, dear, ducks and lions were all daily sightings.'

'Lilly Lakehouse is an excellent cottage getaway. The home is situated in a quiet neighborhood, right on the water. There is lots of room for guests to enjoy the outdoors - on the expansive deck, around the firepit, or right by the water. Be sure to take water shoes, as the beach - like many on Manitoulin - is rocky. The home is well-appointed with a full kitchen, and lots of room to relax indoors. A great spot for a family vacation.'
