'Relatief centrale ligging, kamer ook in orde. Jammer genoeg is het materiaal (dit ziet men vooral in de badkamer) van goedkope kwaliteit, waardoor sommige zaken beginnen los te komen (badkranen, ...). Ook roesten er enkele zaken al, ondanks dat het een relatief nieuw hotel is.'

'The rooms were comfortable and clean. Good for a relaxed holiday. Power supply was from the National Electricity Board using a solar hybrid generator for the island. The power comes on at certain hours in the afternoon and at night. The power came on as scheduled. However, the hotel / resort could not arrange for boat rides to the best snorkeling areas and kayaking facilities were lacking. I had to arrange these with a neighboring hotel. My trip to Kapas island was to enjoy these...

'Aircond rosak tapi lepas maintance datang, sejuk semula :) Telefon pun rosak tapi maintainece tukar telefon lain & boleh guna. Tapi semua selesai dalam masa kurang 30 minit. TQ Sumai :-) Lantai toilet licin. Tolong sediakan sabun basuh pinggan kalau boleh sebab nak basuh cawan2 tu. Overall okeh, suka :D Tp staff sangat membantu, tq.'

'De receptie ziet er niet uit. De kamers zijn wel erg netjes. De airco in de kamer deed het niet en binnen 5 minuten was er monteur. De airco zou het nu moeten doen, maar een half uur later was het nog steeds warm in de kamer. We kregen toen een nieuwe kamer. Ontbijt was prima. We verbleven hier 1 dag en was goed voor een overnachting. 10 minuten van het vliegveld.'
