'The staff was very helpful, even though there is no on site staff, the directions that they sent through the PDF to get into the building and into the room was very thorough, and when I had a problem connecting to the Internet, they responded right away and helped me right away. The room was very clean, and aside from the construction outside (to no fault of the hotels), which made it a little bit harder to sleep. Everything else was amazing! The area was very convenient, walking to the harbour...

'The loft was a fun feature of the room. The host is extremely kind, professional, and generous. The room has many features including a mini kitchen, robes, slippers, and more! I would stay again any time.'

'所謂ホテルではなく民泊形式なので、アメニティやタオルなどは期待していませんでしたが、フェイスタオルが多めに用意されており、不足ありませんでした。食器はありますがコップが無いため調達するか持参すると良いです。ロケーションは最高で部屋も広く快適に過ごせますのでオススメです。小さいバルコニーからは海も見えるのですが、生憎まだ肌寒い季節で堪能できなかったのは残念です。'

'House was very comfortable. Located very near to train station so very convenient. We weren't aware that the homeowners actually lived there, but they are very nice and can communicate easily via Google translate. The only issue we had was the very steep climb at the end of each day to the house. Other than that a very nicevstay.and 1st day with luggage.clumb atvthe'

'対応は男性のかたのみでしたが、いつも挨拶がありよかったです。ゴミを捨てるのがちょっと大変で、いっぱいになっていて捨てにくいことがちょっと残念でしたが、いつも玄関先での窓や台拭き掃除をしていて綺麗でした。近くにスーパーがあるのが一番助かりました。'

'This place is fantastic. It's tucked a good ten or so minute walk from any tourist area so it's nice and quiet. It's very cozy and relaxing. It comes fully stocked with kitchen items. Plates, pans ect... if you plan to stay longer. It's got two conbeni and one grocery store with in two minute walk as well. The only negative is that it's a 20 or so minute walk to the beach and closest station. '

'横浜中華街にとても近くてよかったです。内装はキレイでした。下のソファベッド用の掛け布団が欲しかったです。家族の素泊まりでしたが部屋やベッドはプライベートで息子家族とおじちゃんおばぁさんでした。なければ持参ください。とお知らせくださればうれしかったです。上から布団をかりました。最後きちんと返しました。たけのこの里が８袋置いてありました。６袋人数分頂きました。泊まらせて頂きありがとうとございました。'
