'The staff were all very kind and friendly. I am Japanese and my English is not very good, but they treated me with great courtesy. The only thing that concerned me was that the shampoo was not replenished during my stay, though I believe it would have been resolved if I had simply asked.'

'Nice hotel, got some great parts done ok parts. Check in on Saturday was very slow. Not sure why, but it took 25 mine to get checked in as some customers ahead of us, seemed to take forever to get resolved. Not sure why that was, staff, systems, or booking issues... Who knows, but with only 2 people before us, 25 mins is not great. The hotel is nice though,service is good, rooms are good, no real complaints. The lifts are very slow though and we thought they would break at any...

'They had some challenges with the card-system, but how they dealt with the situation: extremely friendly - extremely helpful, they did everything they could to make sure we suffer from the situation. Great and safe location (not too far from the city center), and a fantastic breakfast (super friendly Scottish guy who served us breakfast as well). Worth the price :-) '

'Een typisch voorbeeld van een hotel dat jaren geleden begonnen is en daarna heeft gedacht: zo, laat het geld maar binnen komen. Niets aan de faciteiten gedaan en erg ouderwets. Hebben 1x van kamer moeten wisselen omdat de WC het niet deed. Geen excuses van de receptioniste, die sowieso ineens uit een achterkamertje kwam toen we naar de receptie kwamen. 2e kamer was netter en beter, maar van de 3 kasten (daar zijn er overigens genoeg van in een kamer) waren er 3 frontjes kapot en hingen de...

'Convenient & owner very friendly'

'Although many stars given by me, my all in all result is 3 stars because of the all day long (24/7) heavily humming noise I heard in my room. Luckily I had a couple of earbuds with me that I was going to use during a pop concert, so I didn't hear the noise during my sleep. My room was a single person room, number 31. So if you get that one offerred, immediatly ask for another room.'

'Kamers zijn redelijk gedateerd, bedden slecht en klein. Hotel heeft veel faciliteiten maar is erg rumoerig als er veel congressen zijn. Ontbijt prima, personeel vriendelijk. '

'We absolutely loved our stay from beginning till almost the end. When we arrived we were told by the male staff member that breakfast was included. At check out that turned out not to be the case. We should have checked ourselves, but the insincere apology from the manager is the reason why we left somewhat disappointed.'
