'The room was bigger than the average Japanese single hotelroom, and had nice furnishing. The staff is friendly and the Japanese breakfast is a treat. Try their coffee, great quality. Kikusui is close to Imabari port area. If you don't mind a 12 minute walk from the station, it is a nice and interesting part of town to stay and walk around. The views are marvellous.'

'Rihga Royal Hotel Niihama is a wonderful hotel. About 12 minutes from the train station by taxi. The Rihga staff was fantastic. They are friendly, helpful, and polite, and will assist with anything you need help with. Check in and check out were super easy, and room was cleaned each morning. We had never stayed here before, but were left impressed by Rihga Royal Hotel Niihama.'

'We came here for the biking and loved this hotel. It’s not easy to get to by public transport. You’ll want a taxi. The rooms are nice and large by Japan standards. The food was amazing. You don’t pick from a menu but they serve many different kinds of food. It is seafood focused. So if you don’t like seafood it might not be the place for you. We love Japanese style food so we were amazed. Definitely a highlight of our trip. '
