'フロントにいて朝ロビーに降りた時もチェックアウト時にも挨拶もしないスタッフってありえない。
荷物の発送 で領収書出せと言っても送り状で代用できますの一点張り。そんなこと知っているが社内手続きで領収書がいるので頼んでいるがお構いなし。コイツに言っても無理だと諦めた。
更に前日タクシー呼んでおいたのに、タクシー来るまでほったらかし。普通はまもなく参ります云々言うと思うが、忘れられてるのか不安。
こんなホテル二度と使わん。'
