'The accomodation - room/apartment was excellent but the check in and check out staff, communication and attitude was atrocious For such a nice accomodation - the check in person I was allotted took me 2 hours for him to show up - no email from the check in saying where to go and when checking out wouldn’t even arrange transport to the airport as the wifi wasn’t working Great accomodation Extremely poor service by the check in and check out crews Absolute shame - will book a hotel next...

'It's fully equipped, the management is super helpful. And the place is super clean with parking provided. Soundproofing is quite bad to be honest, wish the windows can be soundproofed and sound from corridor can be heard. Lift can be improved but overall it's a great place to stay.'

'The property was comfortable, excellent and very secure but the areas outside the property was cluttered of old cars at the back, dirty and very smelly at the front property from others making it difficult whenever to go outside. We would like to stay at this property again in the future when visiting Kuala Lumpur '

'Vi havde et fantastisk ophold. Den eneste udfordribg var, at vi brugte 20 minutter på at finde indgangen, da vi ankom. Der er mange unge studerende der bor der, men der er ingen larm. Til gengæld, er der godt gang i barerne, rundt omkring. Klar anbefaling.'

'Overall pleasant and quiet little apartment with friendly neighbours and helpful staff. Desperately needs a new shower curtain and some basic cleaning products would have been nice (toilet bleach, washing up liquid). Perfect for a solo traveller just needing a base of operation. '
