'I love the meticulous cleaning crew. They are efficient, gives attention to details (i.e. scrub everything and make sure there is not even a single hair on the floor) and are honest to God. My husband accidentally left his tablet in the room and the cleaning crew brings it to receptionist to keep for us. Luckily my other family members are still staying there and was able to keep it for us but kudos to the cleaning crew for doing an amazing job. '

'Hotel heeft onderhoud/renovatie nodig en kamers kunnen herinrichting gebruiken. Jammer dat men het hotel laat aftakelen. Prijs-kwaliteitverhouding is desondanks oké. Uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet. Eten (inclusief diner) is hooguit gemiddeld te noemen. Personeel doet haar best maar zou wat training in hospitality kunnen gebruiken. Overall gezien, als je niet te kritisch bent, een prima locatie voor een paar dagen.'

'Nice accommodation within close proximity of Mesamall. Room was comfortable and well maintained. Communication was good......when available. Instructions on how to get to your accommodation once you had accessed the room cards whilst on foot was difficult as instructions were aimed at people with a vehicle. '

'Stay was very pleasant, great staff n customer service. Doorman was excellent… But the hotel lacks maintenance.. Old paint work, signs of water leaks all over building. A lot of patchwork repairs… I am saying this because I am in the building industry.. '
