'The chalets are located around a lake with ducks and swans. Nice house with 2 bedrooms, a good sofabed, two badrooms and a complete kitchen. Very helpful reception. Sorry that we only booked one night. We will return!'

The rooms, facilities and overall standard of the resort were excellent, but the real standout was the staff. 'The city double was so much better than expected. Spacious room and big bathroom. Breakfast had good choices. The gatsby bar was a beautiful area to sit and drink the night away. Staff were very attentive.'

'The food in the restaurant was not very good at all. Very little selection . The menue was the same each evening, including the soup of the day. The out side patio needed the ash trays emptying and rubish off the floor. The staff were lovely but at times there was not enough of them on shift. Resulting ln a long wait at the bar to be served.'

'Not usually one to write a review but I had to this time! From the outside looking in you would think this is a beautiful place to stay but in my experience it was anything but! For some reason me and my wife were put in a disabled room to start with? Which we found odd! Stated on our reservation that we had a double bed, we didn’t it was 2 singles pushed together? We then booked a table at the restaurant expecting a nice meal, after waiting 15 minutes for a member of staff to actually show up,...
