'Lovely hitel in an udeal location, 5 min walk to Windermere Kake and town center with plenty of shops and eateries. The spa is ideal after a busy day out to unwind in. Cosy small double room was also modern and comfy, and a good size. Complimentary Elemis toiletries in bathroom too. We ate at the restaurant onsite which was very enjoyable.'

' We stayed at this amazing hotel for our wedding anniversary on the 1st of August for 2 nights. The staff in all areas were out of this world and could not do enough for us especially in the restaurant and I have to give a special mention to Derrick who is incredible and takes a lot of pride in his work and it shows. 'The chalets are located around a lake with ducks and swans. Nice house with 2 bedrooms, a good sofabed, two badrooms and a complete kitchen. Very helpful reception. Sorry that we only booked one night. We will return!'

'We arrived very late after a long journey. Instead of the suite we booked, we got a lodge instead. We didn't care a lot because we stayed there just for one night. We believe the suite has been changed to a lodge because of a very loud party that was going on in the main building. The lodge itself was a bit outdated and suitable for disabled people. The bathroom looked like a hospital and smelled like one. The beds were ok and the kitchen was large and was equiped with everything we needed....
