'This place was amazing. We loved the view of the volcano and the cleanliness of the accommodations. The host was spectacular. We needed to wash some of our clothes and the host offered to wash them for us. I would definitely recommend this place and wished we could’ve stayed longer. '

'The property was lovely and met our needs.We were unaware host didn't meet us at check-in but sent msg that didn't show on email but required getting a code that took several minutes to appear on Ipad for us to get into the Stayz message. On home PC messages just appear; in NZ we needed code. There were no instructions on how to use TV, or find switch for outdoor lights when dark. The day after we returned home found 3 day old email from host requesting we feed the fish. Not seen so not done.'

'Beautiful place with lots of additional extra touches including some baked goodies on the bench. It was nice to read how the villa had been renovated by the family. The host was very friendly and welcoming with her messages. We very much enjoyed out stay thank you'

'Monday Cottage at Castlecliff is a charming and delightful holiday cottage. It has a very nostalgic feel, and the furnishings are brilliant to the period. It is close to the main beach which has lovely sunsets. For anyone wanting a true taste of period New Zealand then this is an ideal holiday base and location.'

'The place is amazing! Nice little spot right next to the Mangorei track. Beautiful views of the mountain on the drive to the house and views of the harbour inside the hut. Lovely house with everything inside you'

'The interior of the tiny house is lovely, however the pictures on the listing cleverly avoid showing the surrounding area. There are no trees or fences to provide privacy from the main house, the contiguous cabin or the hiking track that runs through the property. The .main house is barely 10mts away, we could here music coming from it at night. The other cabin is a mere 2mts away and the walking track barely 3mts from the cabin. We had to close the black out rolling curtains once we realized...
