'Consider a trip to Okoroire Hotel you won't be disappointed. Hot Pools included in the price available 24 hours plus we got a free Continental breakfast. 9 hole Golf Course right by the Hotel. Good bar and deck and meals. We will be going again.'

'The staff were very nice and helpful. This rating is based on getting what you pay for. In that context, the weeknight tariff was good value. It was clean and comfy. However, in line with other comments the property is well past its best in terms of condition. Somewhat rundown is apt. It suited us for an overnight late arrival/early departure but we would not stay longer. It is not too soundproof, Decor is old and gloomy. Curtains are ill fitting letting in light. WiFi was excellent. Room had...

'Comfortable, and quite spacious for three- four people. Lounge equipped with 2 very comfortable sofas. Very private.'

'No issue with the property itself, they are renovating so good things to come I am sure. The only issue I had was the shower was not hot enough. It was a cold morning in Putaruru, and I really wanted a nice steaming hot shower, but sadly it just wasn't hot enough.'

'Very good.'

'Charming, peaceful location; excellent getaway from city life.'

'Pet friendly, took my two small dogs. Very clean all over. Cosy and everything was provided to make the stay home from home.'

'Super comfy, home away from home, awesome hospitality, highly recommend. We'll be back for sure'

'A lovely house with gorgeous views. Thank you for the welcome gift box a wonderful little extra. Would definitely recommend for groups and or families.'

'We had a fabulous time in this Kiwi paradise. The hosts have thought of everything to make our stay comfortable and provided unexpected special treats like a bottle of wine and Whitakers chocolate. '

'We ended up leaving. It stunk there was moldy food in top of oven. No smoke alarms. We were actually disgusted. Windows were dirty. We didnt want to make a scene so said we had to leave for family matters. Would not recommend this place infact no smoke alarms is a major health and safety breech. Never be back.'

'The property was superb. All amenities excellent. Sitting in the hot tub on our last evening was great fun...sooo relaxing. All in all a great experience. Thank you'

'The spa pool was incredible 😊'

'It’s a Motel, staff inexperienced and not helpful'

'Het regal Palms is handig om in Rotorua te zitten. Het complex lijkt groter dan het is . Handig met parkeren, verwarmd zwembad en klein midgedgolf erbij.'
