'Booked as got stuck on the A303, nice staff, great breakfast and hard to argue with the price. My only minor criticism is being 6’3 the light they’d fitted to the single room was basically at face height so I cracked my head a couple of times getting in and out of bed. Otherwise would recommend for a cheap stay.'

'This hotel is in a secluded and beautiful spot in the Quantocks. The room was lovely, and we had an amazing night's sleep because it was completely quiet. Also, there is ample parking, and it is dog-friendly. The continental breakfast is included in the price, and it was very good, with lots of choices. '

'Zoe was a star nothing was too much trouble for her. All staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and spacious. Grounds were stunning a lovely setting for a quiet drink with just the ducks for company. '
