'The room is excellent fir three people. However, the shower room is a little slippery and has no handle for support.'

'Excellent customer service 100% resourceful'

'We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. We were only there one night, unfortunately, but really enjoyed the excellent room they provided us. Most of all was the greeting staff and the bartender ‘hanging’ out with us and sharing with us about them and the area. We did not have dinner at the hotel, but the breakfast was amazing. Even for a one-night visit, this was good choice for us. A warm and friendly environment.'

'Amazing hotel for skiing in Zermatt. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was good and with lots of options. The hotel is close to the train station as well as the Gornergrat train. The best part of the hotel is the spa area with sauna, steamroom, onsen, pools etc. Just perfect for relaxing after skiing!'

'Excellent'

'Fijne gerenoveerde kamer en badkamer. Goed bed. Heerlijk ontbijtbuffet. Erg vriendelijk personeel. We gaan graag terug. '

'10/10 stay. Cannot recommend this place enough. The staff were so helpful and diligent with any request we had. They made this the highlight of our trip.'

'Excellent service, clean room and friendly people'

'Lovely hotel with a great staff. Perfect breakfast to start the day. Great spa but around the pool a little bit messy, dirty towels everywhere, could be better but nevertheless we can recommend this hotel to everyone.'

'Access to the spa for our stay was really nice. I wish the hot tub was actually hot though. The mattress in our room was hard as a rock, so we'd wake up sore every morning. The shower in our room was also kind of gross, with some unidentifiable black sludge in the seams. The view from our room was brilliant though!'

'A lovely and cozy room with a breathtaking view.'
