'Lovely hotel with a great staff. Perfect breakfast to start the day. Great spa but around the pool a little bit messy, dirty towels everywhere, could be better but nevertheless we can recommend this hotel to everyone.'

'Het hotel is modern ingericht met grote kamers alsmede extra faciliteiten zoals een fitnessruimte en een spa. Het ontbijtbuffet is fantastisch met allerlei soorten yoghurt, ontbijtgranen, vers fruit, brood, kaasjes, vleeswaren en jams. Het personeel is vriendelijk en hulpvaardig. Helaas was het tijdens ons verblijf ontzettend warm in het hele hotel. Dat had niet onze voorkeur. '

'Absolutely lovely stay in the family suite. The staff stored our luggage for us, when we arrived earlier than expected. The welcome tea was a wonderful surprise, and the breakfast was great. the room was beautiful, and very clean. My kids loved the use of the hot tub and cold plunge. Easily walkable from the train station, and great location downtown!! Would absolutely come back! '

'Authentic nice building. Rooms are not very soundproof. Showerhead was hanging so low, I was only able to wash my hear sitting down. The nice location as well as the price make up for that. There's lots of restaurants, shops and bike rentals nearby. Staff was very friendly and helpful. If you don't mind my first points of comment, then I would definitely recommend.'

'Halverwege het treinstation en de liften naar de Kleine Matterhorn ligt dit kleinschalige familiehotel, net buiten de drukke winkelstraat van Zermatt. De inrichting van de kamer, hoewel wat gedateerd, was prima in orde; goed bed en dito bad/douche en onze kamer had een klein balkon. Ook het ontbijt was prima verzorgd, met allerlei soorten brood, hartig en zoet beleg, yoghurt, muesli, fruit, diverse dranken en ei a la minute op verzoek gemaakt.
