'9月の日曜日に家族（大人2、3歳1）で宿泊しました。エレベーターやビュッフェなど、混雑の口コミが多かったので心配していましたが大丈夫でした。（エレベーターは、くるまで少し待ちますが乗れなかったことは1度も無かったです。） ただ、ホテルの部屋数は多いので土曜日宿泊やハイシーズンはかなり待つだろうなと思います。 スペイン村から近く、値段も安くて満足です。 ラウンジのちょっとしたオヤツ、お風呂上がりの冷凍みかんやアイスで子供も終始楽しそうでした。 16時頃チェックインしましたが、5分ほどでキーも受け取れてストレス無く楽しめました。'

'朝食バイキングがデザートやおかずもたくさんあり最高でした。ただおにぎりをその場でにぎってくれるのですが、3種類しかなく梅あたりがあれば良かったなあと思いました。 '

'Nice hotel at good location near the Ise station. restaurants and shops are in the area. You can walk 5 minutes to the smaller Shrine, a bus is available to the famous shrine which take you around 10 minutes.'

'非日常的なリゾートホテルで家族全員とても大満足です。 お部屋もしっかり掃除が行き届いており、娘の誕生日ケーキも時間通り用意してくださいました。廊下を蟹が歩いてたり自然もいっぱいでプールもとても素敵で子供たちも大喜びでした。 朝食も見た目も味も最高でした。 またぜひ宿泊したいです。'

'Nice hotel. Clean. Good location. However there are only 2 elevators and 1 had broken down. So we had very long waiting times for the elevator and there was no alternative.The stairs weren't accessible. This was not very comfortable.'

'The staff have been very friendly and helpful both times I’ve stayed, the beds are the most comfortable I’ve ever had at a hotel, and the location is lovely. It’s better to bring food with you as there is not much to eat around if you don’t have a car, and the taxi to/from Ugata station is about 2000 yen. The pool is a perfect depth for small children. Love the old fashioned bathtub but children and the elderly might need some help getting in and out. We will definitely be coming back!'
