'The stay was nice. There is one picture in the listing that shows an air conditioner in the room, but the air conditioner is no longer there. There are fans. The house is only a few blocks from the Panamerican highway. The neighborhood felt safe and it was quiet at night. The interior and exterior were very clean. 'I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. Our original room had a severe mosquito problem, making it impossible to stay there comfortably. We were forced to switch rooms around 11:00 PM, which was especially difficult because we were traveling with our 6-month-old baby and had to move all of our belongings late at night.
The second room was also not properly stocked. It was missing basic amenities like shampoo and soap, which added to the frustration.

People are nice and good response for us.
Basically room are clean but I can see small ants some of them on the table and on floor.
