We arrived early and they offered to stow or luggage and told us to be back and 3, we returned at 4 to hear that our room was not ready yet, and if I insisted on having a 2 bed room I had to wait. 'Room was pretty nice. I think some furniture can use an upgrade but it didn’t bother me. The hotel is very good, nice location, lots to do in the hotel with 3 restaurants, a coffee corner and the breakfast…i haven’t seen so much to choose from in my life and as a pilot i’ve seen many hotels and this one tops them all. You wont regret this hotel'

Dat herhaalde zich de tweede dag toen ik haar wees op de gratis fles wijn die bij onze reservering was inbegrepen Zij bleef volharden dat dit niet correct was ondanks dat het duidelijk op onze reservering vermeld stond. We hadden een ruime kamer met prachtig uitzicht over de stad en zee. De staat van het meubilair rond het zwembad laat wel te wensen over. Net als de hoeveelheid zonbedden. '

'Het is echt een meer dan prachtig hotel van binnen, fantastische kamers, er is echt over nagedacht! Heerlijke bedden en een hele goede douche. Wat wel wat tegenviel is dat eigenlijk alles binnen is. Ik begrijp niet helemaal waarom ze niet een terras maken aan de voorkant..ook bij het zwembad is geen bar en let op, alleen in de ochtend zon (we waren in april). Ook de speakeasy was helaas dicht. 'I expected the property to be more luxurious giving the 4 star rating and would give it a 3 star in that area. The rooms were spacious but not luxurious. Breakfast was sufficient and the welcome drinks were great.'
