'Cute place, right on the water. We stayed in the family suite which is nicely remodeled. '

'This house has absolutely everything you could need for a short getaway to fun folly beach. It's well equipped with top appliances. It was impeccably clean and the furniture was cozy and comfortable. Sitting outside in the shade of the beautiful trees was a dream. And the best part of this house was the location. We are a young couple, and took a couple days to refresh away from the kids and really treasured being able to walk to every bar and restaurant to soak in the vibe of Folly. At night...

'We had a great stay at the Quarters on King. They were able to check us in early, which was really helpful. The apartment was also beautiful and comfortable. That said, King Street is incredibly noisy during the weekend, so bring earplugs! '

'Our friends had a great time. The rooms are small other than the master, and be prepared to handle the quirks of being on a boat, but this is definitely a stay you won’t forget!'

'This is a very comfortable setting. We enjoyed sitting on the back porch for morning coffee and evening drinks. It is a calming place. The unit is well stocked. You do have to climb stairs but we felt it was worth it to be on the 3rd floor looking out on the marsh land. Directions to the complex were very clear. We would stay here again. Thank you for a beautiful place to relax and unwind. '

'The property was so cute and the perfect size for me. I stayed in the B unit. The bed was so comfortable and the house was spotless. Only a 20 minute, super easy, walk from downtown and there was even a really nice coffee shop two blocks away for morning coffee and breakfast sandwiches. 10/10 highly recommend this spot'

'The unit was a little dated but well appointed and very clean. The location is just outside the main Kiawah gate so it is easily accessible but also comes with a pass to get onto Kiawah. It is right down the street from a public beach access. '

'We could not have found a better spot in Folly. The house is stunning, comfortable and clean. The beach is pristine and a very short walk from the house.. but we spent most of our time at the awesome pool and patio at the house. The views of the marsh and nature surrounding the patio give you ultimate South Carolina experience. Beyond the incredible house, the property managers were extremely responsive to anything we needed. Would absolutely book again! '

'We arrived and were charmed instantly. The Folly Beach area is relaxing and laid back. The swing allowed us to enjoy the ocean breeze and the surfers, all without leaving the property. The adjoining beach access is lovely and provided a shady stroll to the ocean strand. The house itself was perfect for us. We felt instantly at home away from home. 'Stayed here w my husband and 2 adult children. Listing was very accurate. We have stayed at many vrbo’s and this place is immaculate! Everything we needed we had!! It’s so nice that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The only downside was that there was some construction Going on at night, but obviously the owner does not have any control over that would definitely stay here again. Close to everything.'
