'De kamer is niet 1x schoongemaakt, de bedden zijn niet opgemaakt en de handdoeken zijn niet ververst tijdens ons verblijf van 4 nachten. Na twee dagen vroegen we er naar en er werd toegezegd dat het zou gebeuren en dat is ook niet gebeurd. Het ontbijt was matig. Plastic bordjes, de tafels worden niet schoon gehouden. Het ontbijt is door de week tot 09:00 uur 's ochtends. Van de twee liften werkt er 1 niet. De parkeergelegenheid is goed'

'The only disappointment was the "breakfast" room...Not all selections on the "coffee maker" were functioning, one of the creamers had turned to globs of cream - so no coffee, food selection was scant. The room and lodging were very good, and very well priced...Parking was perfect!'
