'12 friends took a road trip to Castle Rock, CO. What an awesome property at the end of that trek. Super clean. Great layout. Plenty of everything we needed. And the game options made for some fun evenings. We will look for this property again if we are in the area again.'

'Great place to stay with our daughter and 4 grandchildren ( 6-11 years old)! Plenty of space to enjoy family! Beautiful quiet setting. Close to hiking, fishing, and attractions. Great communication by property manager for check in and house manual is detailed. Very helpful! What’s not to love! Wonderful!'

'Alice in Littleton was a great spot for our family to stay and play. The home is very cute and extremely clean. The beds are super comfortable and the pillows are fantastic…I always appreciate a host that takes the time to change out worn pillows and bedding. I would recommend this unique little place to anyone.'

'We Celebrated my husbands 50th birthday with a large group of friends at the end of February 2025; the house was described and presented 100% accurately. The house was clean and ready for our early arrival and our group had ample space to enjoy the entire house for the weekend. The property manager was readily available for questions and any issues - which was helpful.i would highly recommend this property and its definitely affordable if you or your group will be utilizing all the space it has...

'Great location , newly remodeled and quite cozy. Very clean and had all the little things you need to be comfy. Safe neighborhood a giant tv andvery comfortablemattresses ! Even a crib fora baby which thankfully we did notneed. Owners were great and kept to themselves. Highly recommend! Sheila'

'We stayed with four families and children ranging from 4-15. Everyone had a comfortable bed, places to sit and eat, and plenty of room to spread out! Everyone loved the beautiful outdoor areas with space to explore. The amenities were top notch and everyone appreciated the pool, hot tub, arcade games, foosball, shuffle board, and pool table. The kitchen was incredibly well equipped and is well designed for feeding a large group. The owners were excellent to work with and had great communication....
