'What an amazing property. We had enough room for our family and friends to stay at this location to celebrate our son’s wedding. We had plenty of room to cook & prepare the homemade desserts. The 2 kitchens were a huge bonus. Highly recommended for vacation with a large group. '

'This was a great place for two families to share a long weekend with all of our adult kids. Everyone had their own space and at the same time there were so many nice common areas to gather. We ended up with great weather, but if it hadn’t been nice outside we would’ve spent more time in the game room. Everyone enjoyed the space and great memories were made.'

'We had a great stay in Clear Lake. The house was big enough to comfortably fit our large extended family and the location was close to the everything. The beds were comfy, the kitchen was well equipped for large meals, and the gathering areas were perfect for our group. We will definitely stay again!! '

'My granddaughter and I stayed one night recently when we came to see Laura Ignalls birthplace. The tiny Alden house was perfect for us. It was clean, bed was comfortable and what I always like it had a ceiling fan.Chuck,Elan, Oscar and the chickens were great hosts. Chuck and Elan were very kind in leaving a gift for my granddaughter. Thank you for our nice stay at your tiny house .'

'We were very happy with the place. It rained 4 out of the 5 days but can only blame mother nature for that. There was no canoe which we had counted on so we could go fishing. We fished off the pier but was not the same. It advertised as having kayaks and a canoe. That was our only disappointment.'

'The cabin was everything we needed for the weekend. Nicely stocked with useful things and great for morning coffee on the deck or watching TV on a rainy afternoon. Will consider renting again.'

'Loved it. We love Frontenac and the surrounding area. You can hike to the state park from the cabin (3.5 miles to point no point) We Kayaked, Hiked and even did a winery tour at Villa Bellezza in Pepin. Our Host was conscientious and helpful. On our first night we blew a fuse and the refrigerator was out, Randy came over at 7:30 the next morning with a bag of ice (in case he couldn't mend the fridge) and even some of his homemade maple syrup. He was able to get the fridge running and we...

'This was my first visit to this cabin, and to the area, and I loved it! My Border Collie and I enjoyed hanging out seeing and listening to nothing but nature. The cabin is set well back off a very lightly travelled country road surrounded by trees. It had a nice fire pit area, and some hiking trails on the other side of the pond and around the huge yard. Nearby are endless hiking trails on the beautiful Ice Age Trail system and plenty of lakes. The cabin itself was lovely, comfy and very clean,...

'It was as great as advertised! There was plenty of space and sleeping arrangements for all 12 of us to sleep comfortably. Karen was kind and clear about check-in and check-out instructions. The pool and back patio made it tough to want to stay in each day/night instead of enjoying the EC area. Thanks again for the stay!'
