'The water park was closed for construction which we were unaware of. We chose to not stay there since that was why we made our reservations there. It was very difficult to get our money refunded. '

'The property sits 500 yards off a very busy highway and the noise was unreal. The room smelled the carpet was so soiled I didn't put the luggage on the floor. Bathroom was dingy paint peeling with hole near edge the drain plug was hanging on the soap shelf. It was a HUGE misrepresentation and left out serious issues with the condition of the room on their listing. We decided to leave and find better accommodations had been in the room less than an hour and they charged us a full night and...
