'This is the dirtiest hotel I've ever stayed in. Sheets were dirty, slept in clothes on top of the bed. Place smelled like cat urine. Doors were dirty, water bottle and beer can on the floor. Left a day early couldn't stay there any longer. Health department should shut this place down. I'm contacting them tomorrow. Want a refund of one night '

Most of the rooms have new carpet or laminate flooring. Beds are comfortable. TVs are smart TVs. Big mini fridge in the rooms are great. Microwaves are also in the room. 'Very poor experience at this hotel. Location is NOT well signed. Took several times of driving by to find it. We were given a 2nd floor room and there is no elevator. When we asked to change, the staff was pretty snide, saying "you should have known that and requested a 1st floor room to begin with." If this information is NOT noted in the hotel description and you have never stayed at this brand before, how would you know. No offer to help us upstairs with the bags. '
