'The property was gorgeous. Front desk was friendly but needs to spend a little more time explaining the amenities offered like what floor the pool is on and restaurants that are available. They spent more time wondering about my little Maltipoo, if I reported that I needed a dog friendly room in advance. So if you plan on bringing a pooch be sure to let them know in advance. Other than that it is definitely a princess environment with a classy old world feel. I’m glad my husband picked it...

'The facility has no air conditioning and our room faced west. The afternoon sun was brutal. Our room was over 90 degrees and never cooled down even with the window (only one window so no cross ventilation) open and fan on high. One electric receptacle was missing a cover and VERY loose. We don’t recommend going to this facility any time from mid May through September.'

'Was great location. Nice property but staff was not helpful and there's no ramp to level one from lobby rooms so you can use the dolly to haul your stuff. Staff was not helpful with questions and appeared bothered we were even there.'

'Erg mooi, luxe hotel, ligging in het kleine Basalt. Diverse voorzieningen zoals restaurants op loopafstand. Ligt ook lekker dicht bij de doorgaande weg. Ontbijt in het hotel erg goed. Wordt ook vers elke dag wat klaargemaakt en er is veel keuze.'
