'What a neat place. We had great communication throughout our stay! Eileen was not familiar with a service animal in comparison to a pet but VRBO handled it perfectly. The only thing that was not advised prior was that the homes caretaker lives in a part of the house that is attached. There is an entrance for him outside but there is also one that leads into the house. There needs to be a hook lock or something from the vacationers side for peace of mind. My husband felt a little uncomfortable...

'Clean, neat nicely decorated and in a convenient location.'

'The location was fantastic and we had an amazing time. The hot tub was perfect and ease of use was a plus. The fact that it was all set up and ready to go was a plus and made it easier for us to use it multiple times during our stay. The location was very convenient to our stay as we were close enough to vail to come and go throughout our day when skiing and heading back for some nightlife fun. Also, Minturn is a great small town for some quiet time and still having the ability to get food and...

'Very nice, well-kept property. Clearly the owners use it and care. Thoroughly stocked with kitchen, cooking and cleaning supplies. Superb Bosch appliances in the kitchen. I WANT that same stovetop!Very convenient half-block walk to Main St in Frisco but still a quiet property. 5 stars!'

'Overall, we had a great stay, but the check-in process was frustrating. We never received check-in instructions, and when we arrived, we couldn’t get ahold of the host. After multiple attempts, we had to contact VRBO for assistance before we were finally able to access the condo.Once we got inside, everything was wonderful. The condo was very clean, comfortable, and exceptionally well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The location was great, and we really enjoyed our time there.If...

'This property is perfect for a stay in Leadville for a single person, couple or perhaps even a small family. It's great to have all the amenities of home at a price that's better than some of the cheapest hotels in town. The location is super convenient and very close to downtown which was great. A very cozy stay and pretty spacious for a one bedroom. I would 10/10 recommend and will very likely return!'

'Super cozy A frame! Very easy access to Breck!'

'Wonderful and cozy place to stay with an amazing hot tub too! We would definitely stay here again.'

'Everything was excellent and as beautiful as described!'

'It has a good location & great accessibility & view out back.Needs basic maintenance though '

'The location was convenient to everything that we had planned to do while in Colorado. The carpeting throughout the entire condo looked stained and we did't wear shoes inside during our stay. The directions to the clubhouse wasn't clear so we never able to use that area, a map would have beenvery helpful. '
