'A gem very close ( walking distance) to downtown Breckenridge. Neat, nice lounge where you can fix your own breakfast (none is provided, but plates, cups and glasses and outmeal and hot water are provided). Nice balcony with a view on the mountains and supersize kingsize bed. A perfect stay!'

'We had a fabulous week stay at this beautiful property for a family reunion. Plenty of space for everyone with 8 rooms each with its own bathroom plus a bunk room. We spent most days outside playing outdoor games that we brought or fly fishing. The grounds and gardens were immaculate. The grill and hot tub work well. The calming sound of the river is continuous. Location is very close to Breckenridge so we spend a few days shopping downtown, at Peak 9 and the Brek Escape room. We had numerous...
