'Great crew'

'Great location slopes easily accessible whether you had a car or used the shuttle bus. Staff friendly, room great and views. We picked the right week since it snow skiing was great.'

'We loved our stay. The only problem that we had was that the toilet room light did not work. Someone came out the same day to fix, but said they had to call maintenance. Maintenance came out the day before we were leaving to inspect it. Other than that, we loved the condo, loved the area. It was perfect for our family.'

'I I had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt Place Keystone. The hotel was extremely clean, which is very important to me since I am highly allergic to dust and very particular about cleanliness. Everything felt fresh and well maintained. The breakfast was good and offered a nice variety to start the day. What really stood out was the staff. 'Very spacious condo with great views and easy access to a beautiful trail. We loved spending time here as a family of four and enjoyed preparing and having our meals here. The one issue we had was that the dining area chairs were in poor condition. It also came as a surprise to us that you have to go down the stairs when you enter the entrance. But other than that, this was a great place for a very reasonable price. '

'Room was great our fireplace wasn't working and unfortunately the only reason we went to keystone this weekend was to sit in front of the fireplace while a giant snow storm happened lol they tried their best to fix it multiple times but it just wouldn't work. They did offer to move us but at that point we were leaving on 12 hours so we just dealt. Appreciate them trying to do whatever to make us happy! '

'Great place right by the lake in Keystone. Easy access to everything. Only 1 parking spot with the unit so if you have more than 1 car it is a long walk from the free parking at the Lodge but this seems to be the standard in Keystone. There may be a bus from the lodge, we didn't check. The unit was small but had everything we needed. We used the pull out bed which was very comfortable and used the kitchen daily. The BBQ Grill was not in working order as there was no propane tank and it seemed...

'Everything was good about the property. But, the only complaint I have is that the TV Xfinity did not work and you could not watch it. They had a smart TV and Hulu and Netflix was not working either. So, wanting to watch TV at night was out.'
