'It was a wonderful stay and super cool history. We’re able to look at the town as well. If you go down the street, you can see the old mining huts built in the 1920s. You can also get wonderful pizza in town as well and look at the cool shops. There's also a hot springs that's down the road as well. Clothing optional we were told although would love to come back and try it out. '

'The space was VERY clean, tidy, and cozy! The perfect place to disconnect and just escape for a few days. We got to meet a few of the dogs on the ranch, and they were super sweet and friendly. The cabin stayed comfortably warm for us despite the cold temps outside and the gas stove was easy to use. The downstairs bed was cozy, making for very restful nights and lazy mornings. So many little extras are available to guests: Games, activity books, cooking and serving utensils, water jugs,...

'This is a nice less expensive option for Crested Butte. The room was clean and well supplied. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The hot tub is outside but under a cover so that it is protected from the wind. The bus stop for the ski shuttle is about a 3 minute walk and very convenient. And they put out warm cookies every day around 3:30 which is much appreciated after a hard day on the slopes.'

'Wow, exceeded expectations and just wanted to enjoy the river right there. Lovely access to everything you might want to relax, celebrate or hike outside. Looking at coming every few months for the perfect escape. '

'We were here for a wedding and every event (including the reception in the Public House) was within two blocks. This made our trip so easy. And by the way I did not know any of the event sites when I booked our stay at the Public House. The only place I would stay should I find myself in Crested Butte again.'
