'We did not have much interaction with the host at the beginning of our stay and that was ok as we did not need assistance. However, at the end of the stay, the pipes froze and I was happy that the host responded timely and worked tirelessly to resolve the issue.'

'The hot water heater was broken upon arrival. The host did attempt to fix it but we ended up leaving a day early as we could not have anyone come inside while my dog was at the house alone. The kitchen was also very dirty - there were multiple unwashed dishes in the cabinet and the sponge in the sink looked like it was 2 years old. We had to boil water on the stove to clean dishes. '

'We spent a night here while travelling for work and were surprised by the large size and beauty of the house. The location is less than a block off the main street and we had no issues parking. Check in was a little confusing, but worked by the time I got to the property. I d oh don’t have a code to send to others arriving earlier until I actually showed up at the house and did not receive an email response from the hospitality company that had been emailing me about my stay.
