The common area pool is fine looking though we did not use it. The exterior and infrastructure features of condo and community are needing some care if one is looking for 5 star accommodations in every way. 'Do Not be fooled by this listing. The pool is NOT A PRIVATE POOL. It is shared and you have to ASK FOR PERMISSION to use it. When I found this out, I asked for a refund and was denied. I told him I that his post is misleading and based on what he advertised, I was under the impression that the pool was private and part of the rental. He stated that it wasn't. '
