'This my second stay at the Bunk House for my family's annual reunion. The home is spacious and equipped with everything you could possibly need. There is plenty of seating in the dining room and on the deck that we use when we gather for meals. My family and I will be returning next summer. Thank you for providing us with a wonderful place to make memories.A couple comments that need attention - we could not get the Keurig coffeemaker to work properly, and the home could use another full-length...

'Our family loved staying at the Exchange. Our loft was very clean with fun decor. The location is fantastic in downtown Effingham. We enjoyed evening drinks at the Wheat Penny downstairs. We will definitely be repeat visitors!'

'This was an excellent stay. Host is 5 star. Communication was great, as was the apartment. Very clean and all the essentials. Two things to note if you stay here: the stairs are on the steep side, and the air conditioner is in the bedroom. Our stay was in very hot weather and it cycled on and off often. If you are a light sleeper you should plan accordingly with some earplugs.'
