'Weer een heerlijk verblijf gehad bij the Americana Village. Het is een leuk complex en we hadden een mooie ruime kamer met keukentje, (eet)tafel en bank. Op loopafstand van Heavenly Village waar genoeg te shoppen en te eten is. Ontbijtfaciliteit had iets beter gekund.'

'The staff was very helpful. The property was near all important locations that we wanted to visit. Only one point of concern was it got pretty hot in the room in the afternoon.'

'It’s a very nice lodge clean and fully equipped kitchen and toiletries. Big and specious rooms with Television having Netflix, Disney, Prime Video etc. The only problem is it doesn’t have an air conditioning system in the rooms though they provided a table fan. '

'Served our families needs and expectations perfectly. No AC was a concern going into it for us TX folks (AC is a must in TX!!) but opening balcony door with a fan sucking in the 55 degree night air was perfect to really cool down the upper levels. This is our second stay at this property and we’d gladly come back. Thank you!'

'We chose Zalanta for our family 4th of July trip. We stayed 6 nights and didn’t want to leave when the time came to do so. This place checked all the boxes for us. Great location and the pool was a blast too. '

'This 2 bedroom condo was very spacious, clean, updated and a great location. The kitchen was brand new. Both bedrooms had a sink with a back lighted mirror, which my daughters loved! The bathroom had heated floors set to a timer for warm floors in the morning. Every room had and AC/heating unit which was very convenient. I hope to stay here again! The only thing I would recommend is the trash bin on the property did not close so a bear showed up in the evening but that made for a great story and...

'We loved this place and regretted that we were only here one night. Our room was quite small, which was fine for a night, but I would get a larger room next time The property backs up to Camp Richardson, so it was very quiet. I loved taking out a bike to ride the bike trail through the area. The owners are great, very accommodating. This place is a work of love and it shows. '

'Had beach toys, quiet, 2 steps from beach so made easy with a toddler . Plates for toddler , tent for wind, literally everything. I have never seen a rental with so many things and across the street is Grocery store . Best ever '

'This place was in the perfect location and such a nice surprise with how spacious and perfect it was for our family of 6 a dog! The staff were so friendly and helpful. The only thing was that the carpets were a little dirty, the fireplace didn’t work, and the fridge wasn’t keeping items clean. Despite these things, we still really enjoyed our stay at 3 peaks. The two bedroom townhome was really great for our family and quick stay in Tahoe! '

'This was a great cabin, excellent location just a few minutes from all the spots we wanted to go to. Everything was exactly like the photos, loved the decor inside we all appreciated the little bears throughout the house. We were able to cook dinner and breakfast with all the pots and pans and that made our lives so much easier! Host was very responsive as well very communicative. Thank you! '

'Home is beautiful with lots of bathrooms and plenty of beds and bedrooms! Game room indoor pool and indoor theatre!! Great furniture and amenities! Something to do for everyone and seating for all at dinner time!!'
