'It’s spotless clean, breakfast was very good with green chili, pool and hot tub were comfortable as were the beds. Room was quiet. Location was close to many good restaurants and easy access to the interstate. I’m a loyal Marriott member but was pleasantly surprised with Best Western. Our first time. '

'It is an ideal location to be in. Go on the shuttle bus and see the town! The hot tub was refreshing, pool was cold, but both were outside. The continental breakfast was good, staff was very friendly. We had the cabin and slept great! It had an a joining room which we would consider bringing others on another trip! '

Upon checking in in the afternoon, front-desk informed us that nok room was available, except for a suite that would be way more expensive. When being overbooked, you expect a hotel to offer the suite at the same rate as the originally booked room. This did not happen, even not after talking to the front-office manager. It’s such a shame for such a beautiful property. If you charge the rates of a 5 star, 5 diamond hotel, then you should also deliver this service standard. With more care, better trained and professional employees and by going above and beyond this can be a great place, but based on our experience we will never come back. "
