'It’s a beautiful location with one of a kind views. Large and nicely appointed rooms. A/C/heater, fridge and several power outlets did not work. Even after informing the front-desk, these issues were not taken care of. Staff and front-desk manager seem not to care. Because of the great location we nevertheless extended our stay by one night and were told to come back later in the afternoon as we would move to the room above. We were totally fine with this. 'We had a clean room with a very comfortable bed. We were able to comfortably visit with family in the suite, which was great. The breakfast was excellent! The staff were all pleasant and helpful. I was surprised to have to pay $15 a night for parking. One elevator was out of order, which slowed the other one down because everyone had to use just one. We liked the location. It was easy to get to the highway.'

'Very clean and comfortable stay for two nights. Front desk staff, restuarant and bar staff went out of there way to make us feel welcomed and valued as guests. Would definately stay here again on my next trip to Colorado Springs.'
