'Decent hotel, but check-in was very slow. The paper breakfast vouchers feel outdated. It was difficult to find and get to my room because the layout and wayfinding are confusing. The hotel could use some updates, and there was an unpleasant smell in some areas.'

'Not worth the money. The hotel is old, the bathroom ventilation was noisy and couldn’t be turned off, and the room smelled of cigarette smoke in the morning because smoke from outside entered through the hallway and the large gap under the door. When I needed to extend my stay, the hotel offered no help, no apology, and no solution. I had to leave and walk to another hotel. Very disappointing experience. ⭐⭐☆☆☆'

'Check in was fast and the staff was friendly. Loved that hey had Dove products in the shower and bathroom sink. Beds were really comfortable as well. Pool and jacuzzi were great! not too cold and kids enjoyed it, and its open until 11pm. Would stay here again, main reason for choosing this hotel was that it was newer and close to the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, Wal-Mart and food such as Old Chicago.'

'Check in was a breeze. The guy working at the front was very kind. The room was very clean and super quiet, which made for excellent sleep. Location was in a pretty central location to what we were there for. The breakfast options were fairly wide. I was happy to see eggs there every morning. The sausage and chicken patties were really good too. The coffee was just ok but I am really picky.
We had such a great stay that I would 100% stay here again and book other Home2 Suites rooms!'
