'It was very convenient as a base to go see places in the area like Pike’s Peak and Gardens of the Gods. Also the breakfast was excellent for a hotel continental breakfast.'

'Zeer gehorige accomodaties, de airco’s van de buren houden je ganse nachten wakker.
De parkeerruimte voor de kamers is niet toereikend als er een paar buren met oversized vehicles aankomen. Zij moesten in feite op een andere parking gaan staan, maar blijkbaar kunnen deze mensen niet goed lezen.
Jammer dat we door regenweer geen gebruik konden maken van het zwembad, want het zag er wel leuk uit. '

The room had everything you needed. The continental breakfast was pretty ok, with boiled eggs and a waffle maker.'
'We had the very cute cabin 4. Perfect for the two of us. We enjoyed the Comfy bed. The cabin was minimal but everything you need. The property is beautiful and has lovely seating areas to relax. It’s 5 minutes from Garden of the Gods and there’s plenty of places to eat and shop near by. Highly recommend this quaint place for an economic place to stay. '
'Great price and location! The property is almost next door to garden of the gods and has a river running directly behind the cabins. Very cozy and cute updated cabin with a fully stocked kitchen for making your own meals. Pet friendly with plenty of space for potty walks, also, the very reasonable one time $30 pet fee covers all animals for the whole length of your stay. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. We just had one minor communication error because of a late email and ended up having...
'Our stay was great, the cabin was spotless, super warm and welcoming! Great for the price. Only complaint is the walls are paper thin. You can literally hear every word your neighbors say. '

"It’s a beautiful location with one of a kind views. Large and nicely appointed rooms. A/C/heater, fridge and several power outlets did not work. Even after informing the front-desk, these issues were not taken care of. Staff and front-desk manager seem not to care.
Because of the great location we nevertheless extended our stay by one night and were told to come back later in the afternoon as we would move to the room above. We were totally fine with this. Upon checking in in the afternoon, front-desk informed us that nok room was available, except for a suite that would be way more expensive. When being overbooked, you expect a hotel to offer the suite at the same rate as the originally booked room. This did not happen, even not after talking to the front-office manager. It’s such a shame for such a beautiful property.
If you charge the rates of a 5 star, 5 diamond hotel, then you should also deliver this service standard.
With more care, better trained and professional employees and by going above and beyond this can be a great place, but based on our experience we will never come back.
