'I booked the Spruce Room, which has extremely dated pictures online. There have been years of use when you actually view the place. The kitchen has stains and marked up tiles, bathroom is barely clean with black mold in the back of toilet.
All 4 of our beds had dirty linens and since there is no on-site manager, they had us raid the emergency shed and hopefully retrieve extra sheets. These sheets were all unusable. They reeked of mildew. Our family had nowhere to sleep that night, so we had to...

'Our stay was wonderful! The property was just exactly how it was listed. Beds and pillows were of excellent quality. The house was clean and provided everything we needed. The owners communicated with us and attended to our needs. We definitely will be staying there again. '

'This was an excellent, comfortable place for our non-profit members to split while participating at a Fort Ticonderoga event. The layout can't be beat for camaraderie but privacy, group decisions but breakout nooks, views but convenience. We all wished we could stay longer! '

The only downside was that it was not very well insulated for sound...so footsteps and conversations from upstairs were "loud & clear"!
