'The house was beautiful! Parts of it were built in 1880 with very high ceilings. The kitchen was modern. The pool was very clean and the pool area was really nice. Our hosts very kind and accomodating. We might stay with them next summer.'

'This cabin likely started as a one room cabin with a loft from around the early to mid 1800s. The bedroom furniture is also from the late 1800s so it makes me think it may have always been there. It's a true relic of Appalachian family living through generations. It was very cool. It also barely had one neighbor you could see and had a nice view. 'Cabin was very cozy and a comfortable place to hang out at the end of the day. Kitchen was well equipped and had everything you would need to prepare food. Great indoor and outdoor spaces to relax. Firewood provided. Great stay. Be prepared to enjoy the scenery as you wind up amd down the hills to the cabin. Great drive to enjoy the view of the beauty Eastern Kentucky has to offer. '

'Property was clean, well-equipped and we enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub. The area is very quiet and peaceful. Bring a flashlight, when the sun sets it gets VERY dark. Our main concern was finding broken glass around the property especially when traveling with dogs. Overall, we had a great time. '
