'When I arrived at the hotel, they had no record of my booking. When I informed them that I had booked on hotels.com, they said that's not possible since they had stopped doing all online bookings a year earlier. I was so tired, confused, and unable to get hold of hotels.com. Afterall, my room was paid and confirmed. 'I contacted the hotel in middle of the night to arrange airport transfer. They replied within 5 minutes & that gave me confidence that they look after their guests. Room was was spacious, nice and cleaned daily. I requested a room change and this was done without hesitation. 'Our stay was horrible and we will never use stayz again either, we tried several times to address our concerns with host and he ignored us and we contacted stays and they also ignored us. The accommodation was not as described online, it was unsafe, the showers leaked and made the floors very wet, slipping hazard for my kids. 'Staff were great, I appreciated the discretionary early check-in, cleaners were great, bed comfy, very spacious, lots of storage in the bedroom, location is perfect but there are some basics that need sorting out. In as much as the aparthotel looks nice, the construction quality is poor... there are noticeable gaps on the window frame leading to noise disturbance from outside, the shower is not very hot, the faucet in the sink gives oui warm rather than hot and they both take forever to get to...
