'The hotel rooms are located around an inner atrium. There is nightly loud music in the atrium that is clearly audible in the rooms. The music is annoying and continues till at least 10pm, but often well past. I called and complained but nothing was done. It's not clear why the music is loud and goes so late given that I could see the bar area from my room and there were non patrons at all. There is also only one elevator bank putting many of the rooms quite far from the elevators. The...

'My husband and i use to stay here alot when we visited stamford but hated how rude the front desk guy was...But this time, there was someone new, a Lady and she was SOOOOO NICE AND HELPFUL she greeted us nicely, laughed with us and all...even dropping the key off was pleasant. 'When we chrcked in the lady at the counter was not very friendly and helpful. We had to pay a deposit, but my creditcard did not work. She told me 2 times that it did not work, but did not help me at all. And every time we passed her in the next days and greeted her, she didn't say anything back. Luckily the other people were friendly and helpful. The room and the bed were great. It was a pity that the windows could not be opened, I like to sleep with te windows open. '

'Very busy and load in this hotel. The conference on May 5 was very loud, with many screaming children. Breakfast was +-, not a toaster and no yoghurt. And Parking Fee 10 US$ is too high. Calculate in the price. This hotel qas the most expensive on our trip, but sure not the best 3/5'
