'Very helpful and kind staff, when I mentioned that the information about the airport shuttle wasn't correct online, the lady at the front desk offered to co.pensate for the confusion by giving us a breakfast voucher. The breakfast was amazing and her gesture was appreciated. The proxi.ity to the Ronald Reagan airport was also a big plus. After a long trip it was a short ride tp the hotel. All in all, a good experience and I would stay here again. '

'Walking distance to main atractions and museums. First room we got was with clogged gutter. After change we got another room with bath that could not be used. They didn’t fix it. Friendly staff only gave us three bottles of water for inconvenience for the stay of three days. '

'Hotel ligt bij een drukke kruising en is wat moeilijk te bereiken. Maar als dit bekend is geen probleem. Goede ontvangst, gezellige dame. Kamer is super, groot, fijn bed, pantry erbij, kortom top. Ontbijt was goed hoewel eentonig. Er staat altijd koffie en thee klaar. Mogelijkheid even in lounge te zitten om bij te komen. Bij ons was het erg warm en de airco die werkte goed. Als we nogmaals in DC komen, verblijven we hier zeker weer.'
