'I have stayed at many Holiday Inn & suites, the room I stayed in, looked outdated and very small. It felt like I was in a kid’s room. The staff was wonderful, but I woke up coughing and my ears hurting. I usually feel like this when there is mold, due to my allergies to mold is really bad.'
