'The house was very nice and very clean! Our dogs had a large, fenced back yard they could play in and the neighborhood was very quiet. It was so nice to have a garage to park in and the whole house was very spacious. The master bed was very comfortable and we had plenty of room for our dog's crates so they didn't have to be in a separate space. It's about 20-25 minutes away from Polaris, but it was worth it to have the scenic drive and quiet neighborhood at night. Griffin was very communicative...

'Everything was as pictured and described and the communication was excellent. Even light switches were lableled, which was a thoughtful touch. The location was perfect: steps away from shops, restaurants, and a nature preserve, but on a quiet street where you could rest at the end of a busy day. '

'Needed a place for the weekend to get to an appointment in Dayton on Saturday and do a bike ride in Yellow Springs on Sunday. It was just like the listing, cute place with the right amount of space for two people to eat, sleep and relax. Used the kitchen to cook dinner each night and had everything we needed. 'The house was very clean, cozy, bright, and had so many lovely extra touches! The location was ideal as well. Walking distance to Clifton Gorge Nature preserve, a very short drive (5 minutes) to Yellow Springs, Glen Helen preserve (we loved the Raptor Center there, where they rehab raptor birds), and John Bryan State park. So much beautiful hiking in this area! '

'The space was really cool! The decor was amazing and everything was as described in the listing. There was a slight smell upon walking into the house, but it only was noticeable in the kitchen. Certainly not strong enough of an odor to not stay there, just an observation. This still gets five stars.'

'The place was very comfortable. We had an absolutely lovely time there. A nice walk to the downtown area for dinner. And then walk down for some shopping afterwards the next day. The host was so accommodating and friendly and helpful. And after we left, we drove over to Clifton Gorge and hiked around a bit.'

'The place just smells clean! Bed is very comfortable & so is the furniture in the living area. Very relaxing atmosphere. My only wish is that the handrail going up the stairs of the door entrance, on the side, were more stable- it gives a false sense of security. Not a deal breaker, by any means, but, it could be an issue for older folks, depending on it. Again, a very relaxing atmosphere & would stay, again.'

'We were there for an event at The Murphy Theatre. It was walking distance to the Theatre and dinner at the General Denver. The place was clean and had everything you need in kitchen and bathroom. There is several stairs to get to the apt, so if you struggle with stairs this might be difficult. '
