'We rented this home because our son was getting married nearby and the size was perfect for allowing the groomsmen to stay as well. House was clean and spacious. Outdoor space was great, but really did not get used much as the weather was way too hot. 'The space was really cool! The decor was amazing and everything was as described in the listing. There was a slight smell upon walking into the house, but it only was noticeable in the kitchen. Certainly not strong enough of an odor to not stay there, just an observation. This still gets five stars.'

'Needed a place for the weekend to get to an appointment in Dayton on Saturday and do a bike ride in Yellow Springs on Sunday. It was just like the listing, cute place with the right amount of space for two people to eat, sleep and relax. Used the kitchen to cook dinner each night and had everything we needed. 'Everything was as pictured and described and the communication was excellent. Even light switches were lableled, which was a thoughtful touch. The location was perfect: steps away from shops, restaurants, and a nature preserve, but on a quiet street where you could rest at the end of a busy day. '

'Our family had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed the beautiful property and amenities, including the luxurious pool, pool house, outdoor lounging and eating areas, sauna, fire pit, theater style chairs for movie watching, and more. 'This property is absolutely lovely. The neighborhood is very quiet and well located. The stairs are a bit steep to the 2nd floor, but everything us so well appointed that it was fine. Spacious for a family of 5, and very clean. We will be back. :) '
