'Zoals alle Old English Inns is een verblijf hier confortabel en ongedwongen. De ligging is goed ten opzichte van uitstapmogelijkheden in de buurt (Cambridge, Duxford,St.-Ives, ...) De parkeermogelijkheid is voldoende. De kamers zijn verzorgd en het personeel is heel vriendelijk en correct. De barmeals en het restaurant zijn in lijn met alle Old English Inns en voortreffelijk in kwaliteit en kwantiteit.'

'We were on a 3 week tour of England researching our family roots and history. We were purposely looking for stays in smaller villages/towns. This fit the bill perfectly. 'We had a one night stay to attend a concert at Sandringham. The property was in a great location for us to travel onto the concert later, providing a break for us. Food was available by request in the pub/bar which looked very clean and fab decor. We did not eat here as we had other plans. We had the accessible room which was accessed by its own outside door. 'we arrived at the black bull in Godmanchester to check in the landlord and staff are friendly the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable we did have an issue with the kettle at the time they didn't have a spare but to resolve the issue the barman lent his own personal kettle from his flat witch he went above and beyond of his duties i would definitely recommend yo stay here '
